Hello
I’m a vinyasa flow yoga teacher and facilitator of modern thinking and practical yoga teacher trainings.
I love guiding people through creative flow sequences, but also through the process of finding their purpose an direction.
In this role I have educated vinyasa flow teachers internationally under True North Vinyasa for 6 years. I also co-own and run Elevation Leadership.
My open vinyasa classes take place in my hometown Båstad, Sweden.
